Bio
Emily Mattern is an Associate Attorney supporting the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. She focuses her practice primarily on employment-based nonimmigrant cases including H-1B, L-1, F-1, and TN petitions, as well as employment-based immigrant cases including EB-1 and PERM labor certifications. She also has experience preparing marriage- and family-based green card applications and complex responses to Requests for Evidence on an array of case types. Emily obtained her J.D. from UNC School of Law and is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
